Essential Job FunctionsCurriculum / InstructionTeaches knowledge and skills in one or more Career and Technology Education fields in accordance with district curricula and industry standards.Develops lesson plans and instructional materials for subject area, and translates lesson plans into learning experiences to develop pertinent sequential assignments, challenge students, and best utilize the available time for instruction. Instructs students in the proper use and care of professional equipment, technology, and other professional materials.Serve as a CTSO sponsor and involve students with professional associations affiliated with their career pathwayPromotes Audio Video instruction, specific to the Cluster Focus, and teaches knowledge and skills that prepare students for related Adobe Audio Video industry certifications.
