Concurrent Real-Time is part of HBK’s Virtual Test Division, which focuses on providing real-time software, simulator, and hardware-in-the-loop solutions to virtually test products throughout the development cycle, helping companies accelerate innovation and reduce time-to-market, and improve their competitive advantage. With 250 highly skilled employees, HBK’s Virtual Test Division has offices in Germany, Italy, France, UK, China, Japan, and the USA as well as a broad network of worldwide channel partners.
Essential Duties:

    Taking responsibility for sales for Concurrent Real-Time Solutions to Japanese aerospace industries and defense forces. Candidate must have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and what is real-time computing.
  • In corporate closely with local and overseas colleagues, plan and execute sales strategies for designated key accounts in Japan.
  • Proposing products and solutions to meet the needs of the Japanese market and each customer.
  • Maintaining the Sales Force with opportunity pipeline and forecast. World-wide sales meeting every Thursday night 21:00- (DST) and 22:00- (Winter Time)
  • Informing technical requirements by customers, accurately to our engineers.
  • Fulfillment of annual sales targets set by company management.
Education Requirements:
High school graduate or above. Specialized education in computer science is plus.
Experience Requirements:
  • Over 8 years of experience in sales in Aerospace and/or defense-related industries.
  • Distinguish the appropriate use of value-based sales and ROI-based sales per each opportunity.
  • Ability to consultative and solution-based approach (Non-catalog product sales)
  • Having a strong network with valuable customers and industries in our target market.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency
