Part of the Vestas NCE Region (Northern & Central Europe), the Service North-West region covers seven countries across the Nordics, UK, Ireland, and Estonia. Located in Malmö, you will be part of a team responsible for documentation and contractual controlling, master data and performance related to customer service management. You will be working with a very diverse group of colleagues, as well as a wide and interesting range of customers.
Responsibilities
The position of Documentation Controller reports to Team Leader Contractual Performance & Documentation and will be a part of a Customer Service Management Strategy Department. The role handles all documentation related matters and works closely together with other members of the Customer Service Management department but will in addition have close cooperation with Construction, Operations, and other internal stakeholders, as well as customer contact when needed.
The role responsibilities include, but are not excluded to:
- Identifying the customer requirements regarding the documentation to be delivered (scope of documentation, delivery time, and format) as well as additionally country-specific documentation requirements
- Supporting creation, management, and administration of documentation according to relevant regulations and contractual agreements for all installed wind turbines
- Updating of existing documents and creating new ones according to the needs of Vestas and our customers
- Handling As Is Structure and As build documentation
- Be involved in the Hand Over To Service-process
- Participating in customer meetings
- Be involved in improvement projects and process creation
Qualifications
On a professional level you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Some years of experience from documentation tasks
- High-level skills in MS Office, experience with CRM systems and preferably SAP
- You are comfortable communicating with both customers and internal stakeholders, ideally you have interacted and networked across a large, complex organization
- Experience from business partnering, stakeholder engagement and working with diverse/multu-cultural stakeholders
- Experience with Project management is a merit
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English is required, a good understanding of Swedish or other Nordic language is a merit
