Job Role



Administer the Employee Assistance, Reward and Recognition Programs


Administer the recruitment, induction processes


Administer employment screening consistent with Industry regulations and legislation


Prepare contracts and new staff packs


Administer and support the P&C Coordinator with induction processes for all new starters including delivery of the induction presentation and the provision of any additional training to ensure that new starters are 'job ready'


Administer the separation of exiting employees including conducting exit interviews, coordination of separation checklists and paperwork, termination workflows are conducted in a timely manner


Attend, participate in and promote team and relevant committee meetings


Assist with change management strategies to support organizational growth


Handle all matters with care, sensitivity and confidentiality


Model inclusiveness and organizational values


Be flexible and able to work across various areas of the business using skills and knowledge where needed


Maintain good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders










Requirements




Required Skills:


Prior administrative experience, HR assistance (is a plus)


Excellent computer skills, especially typing


Good communication skills written and verbal


Attention to detail


Can follow instructions


Not afraid to ask questions and ask for help


Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others




Optional Skills: HR assistance (is a plus)


Current Setup:
Already have a part-time employee- she will direct the activities of the remote worker


Current Challenges
: Considering the staff’s current workload, they need a VA to cover some tasks and offer assistance


Tools/CRM:
MS 365, Google Drive, most of the tools are in-house so they will provide training



Work From Home Requirements


At least 20mbps internet connection
Backup internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
