Direct responsibilities

  • Commitment to extraordinary customer service
  • Handling all inbound customer queries in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
  • Maintain and secure accurate customer records
  • Deliver accurate and effective administration
  • Ensure commitment to all aspects of Health & Safety for our customers and staff

Key skills & qualities

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Trusted and able to act in the strictest of confidence at all times
  • Enthusiasm and determination to deliver the best for our customers and people
  • Friendly, flexible, reliable and hard-working

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £10.66 per hour
