Direct responsibilities
- Commitment to extraordinary customer service
- Handling all inbound customer queries in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
- Maintain and secure accurate customer records
- Deliver accurate and effective administration
- Ensure commitment to all aspects of Health & Safety for our customers and staff
Key skills & qualities
- At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role
- Trusted and able to act in the strictest of confidence at all times
- Enthusiasm and determination to deliver the best for our customers and people
- Friendly, flexible, reliable and hard-working
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £10.66 per hour
