Position Summary:
The Product Manager EMEA is responsible for driving the commercial marketing activities and requirements for the product modality success, primarily focused on Direct, Bracco Affiliate and Distributor markets Serve as the primary commercial lead for the product modality assigned, in close partnership and collaboration with the U.S. Principal Portfolio Manager for the respective product area, as well as other ACIST business groups.
The Product Manager EMEA is part of the ACIST Global Downstream Marketing team.

Drive the commercial efforts surrounding the product modality assigned within the EMEA business group in order to contribute to the annual market growth targets by:
- Assist in the development and implementation of commercialization strategies to support the revenue growth for the product modality assigned.
- Collaborate with the product marketing leadership for downstream commercial activities to support marketing plan deliverables.
- Provide global perspective on current market trends, size and competitive landscape and advise on clinical, strategic and long-term growth strategies on the product line portfolio. Be the advocate for international markets and market development at the modality level.
- Maintain strong, consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders on a continual basis.
- Bring deep subject matter, industry and “voice of the customer” insight into the product portfolio to ensure that ACIST is a key player in the industry to drive optimal utilization of market information and analysis to guide decision making.
- Manage product modalities to drive global adoption and growth. Take ownership of product modality including sales forecasting and budget planning
- Contribute to competitive product positioning, strategies and support tactical programs and messages.
- Create compelling promotional materials, sales collateral and programs that drive awareness, exposure and affinity to the ACIST product modality technology to support key messages and the product value proposition.
- Become knowledgeable in various interventional procedures and clinical needs.
- Coordinate with the Clinical Program & Training team to prepare training content. Ensure development and delivery of relevant sales training that meets targeted clinical procedures.
- Collaborate with the Demand planning, Customer Service and Service to maintain high levels of service for customers
- Foster relationships with KOLs and clinicians to better understand the product, competitors and how to best sell the technology.
- Provide sales and marketing presentations, training and advanced level insight and analysis into our technologies.
- Assure adherence to the environmental management system requirements e.g., ISO14001.
Establishing Partnerships
Drive the Marketing commercialization in key EMEA markets and Engagement with the Sales team.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand how to best sell our technologies in key markets.
- Represent the company during medical conferences, sales meetings, and regular customer visits to gather market information, identify customer needs, and assess opportunities to help drive market growth.
- Establish strategic partnerships with the direct sales teams and distributing partners to provide technical, clinical and marketing product support.
- Establishing key partnerships with external parties in the direct markets, with the goal to drive the adoption of ACIST products.
- Establishing strong relationships with strategic partners from the industry in the direct markets and leverage these relationships to develop local educational programs.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Bachelor degree in (International) Marketing or Business preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant international marketing, of which at least 1-2 years within medical device industry.
- Strong writing, editing and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and group presentation skills with solid interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills and organizational skills
- Self-starter with high energy level
- Professional command of English language, other languages are beneficial.
