Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives. Drive initiatives that foster a productive and engaged workforce.
  • Holistic HR Management: Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance. Ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Employee Engagement Champion: Create and sustain effective employee engagement initiatives, cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment that boosts employee morale and satisfaction.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, such as performance issues, career development, and conflict resolution. Your input will be crucial in enhancing productivity and team dynamics.
  • Performance Management Excellence: Lead the performance management process, ensuring fair and objective evaluations and empowering managers to deliver effective feedback and goal-setting.
  • Continuous Learning Advocacy: Develop and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Experience and Leadership: You ideally have 7-10 years of organizational and/or leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving HR success.
  • HR Best Practices: You possess a strong knowledge of best HR practices, enabling you to implement cutting-edge strategies.
  • Communication and Relationship-building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset will drive our HR initiatives' success.
  • Organizational Skills: Your keen organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth execution of HR programs.

Salary: Php100,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
