Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: • Maintain a clean and organised reception area by ensuring it is always presentable. • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. • Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties • Inform the relevant personnel or department upon the visitor’s arrival • Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier • Posting of daily mails and collection of daily mails and distribute to various department • Maintain contact lists Administrative Role: • Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc. • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases. • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents. • Retrieve and organise documents and files as needed. • Attend to visitors-serve drinks • Monitor all stationeries and pantry stocks • Responsible for our janitor and ensuring she carries out her duties as per requirement and to ensure the upkeep of pantry cleanliness • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior Able to start work with short notice/immediately
