Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for supporting NPI and Yield Department daily activity including liaison with NPI and Yield Integrators, Program Managers, and engineering personnel to ensure daily projects/tasks are executed with quality and integrity. Able to work as a team and provide timely response to engineer/ stakeholders such as seeking alignment and recommendation. Good work coordination and management between urgent and important.Core of duties include but not limited to:1. Direct Material preparation: Split, merge, transfer, deliver, receive substrate/units, actual vs order tracking, lot creation and support necessary system administrative works. 2 Material control: Execute material wip control request. Count lots, MET control bag and seal. Perform inventory check, transfer, and scrap transactions. Support lot/material cycle count. Secure lot, de-mix material to support NPI/yield/excursion investigation.3 Shipment: ISM and Prospal shipment and status tracking for task completion with integrity control compliance.4 Material build: Tactical NPI lot execution such as follow up NPI lots to meet the commit, system and lot adjustment, Rocket and Hot lot movement. Collaborate and work with Manufacturing personnel to get job done.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in any field with minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Good in English reading and writing, good in communication.
- Able to collaborate with all stakeholders and strong teamwork.
- Have good understanding of NPI process, product manufacturing flow, and the elements that impacting product quality and yield.
- Prefer to have data analytics experience and related automation software usage experience.
