We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager / Salesperson to join our team. As an Account Manager specializing in smart farming for aquaculture, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and selling our products and services to new and existing customers.
Your primary focus will be to understand their needs, provide expert guidance on our smart farming solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction. This role requires a
combination of sales acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Tasks
- Establish and develop new business through all means available but focus on calls and video presentations as well as from time to time Expos and in-person visits
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the benefits and value of our technology in aquaculture to new and existing customers
- Maintaining a high level of contact, on a timely basis, with all customers, to provide the highest level of customer service
- Articulate technical information to clients in a clear and understandable manner
- Support the Technical Team in scheduling installations and after-sales activities
- Support the management by providing market intelligence and customer needs for product development and marketing
- Sales / Account Management experience is required
- Experience in a (Tech-) Startup is a plus
- Experience or background in aquaculture is a plus
- Sufficient English skills in writ and verbal to communicate with our international team is required
- Basic understanding of computers and technology (e.g. using a CRM system)
- Owning a car and having a driver's license is a plus
