Job Description
- Build and manage network with Institution clients so as to optimize customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales of Institution segment.
- To generate revenue pools for Institution and for the whole Bank.
- Ensuring the delivery of leading customer service.
- Supporting branches by providing Sales tools and cooperate working.
- Approach to market and target customers to establish relationships to attract and develop the portfolio for Institutional Business by marketing activities and promotion campaigns.
- Attract customers to open CIF / open payroll account and cross-selling other products at Shinhan Bank.
- Fast decision making to find out banking opportunities for our business and Shinhan Bank.
- Understanding the customers’ requirements with good sense of credit assessment and industry trend.
- Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customers’ needs.
- Coordinating with branch to cross-sell other products and services to increase revenue for bank.
- Providing timely advices/ support to customers on all designed segment and the Bank matters.
- Prepare daily/weekly report to maintain relationship with customers or ad-hoc report required by high level.
- Ensure that banking facilities offered to clients are structured in compliance with credit lending policies.
- Dual marketing with branches ( support meeting, presentation to introduce IMC products ).
- Assisting Manager/ Director with ad hoc tasks as requested.
- Join and being responsible for all the bank’s extra activities.
Job Requirement
- University graduation is a must.
- Good understanding and knowledge of various banking products and services.
- Experience in sales, accounting, business, finance and banking preferred.
- Problem solving/ Analytical and organizational skills with systematic and logical work style.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Well organized with multiples tasks.
- Working under pressure abilities.
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, focus on detail information .
- Honest & good integrity.
