We are searching for a green-thumbed Florist to work in our flower shop. As a florist , you should achieve established sales and goals and provide exceptional customer service. Florist Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and assist with their floral needs and questions.
- Build/create floral bouquets and arrangements for store selling and upon customer request.
- Providing occasion-specific flower suggestions.
- Carefully arranging palatable bouquets for purchase.
- Topping up watering solutions to enhance our flowers' life spans.
- Advising clients on possible flower combinations.
- Knowledge of plants, cut flowers and arrangements
- Ability to work all floral holidays, weekends/overtime occasionally, and any shift.
- Ability to work within strict time frames/resolute deadlines
Florist Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- 3-4 years experience as a florist.
- Ability to operate: scissors, stem clippers, wire, box cutters, helium tanks, floral foam/tape, watering can, soil, decorator cubes, flower containers, refrigeration coolers, telephone, office supplies, knife, spray paint
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
Preference will be given to the local candidates.
Can join with short notice period and having NOC.
Can joining on contract basis.
