This is a remote position that must be worked in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington.
As a Work From Home "Experienced Call Center Trainer", you'll work directly with customers who call our inbound phone center, selling them top fitness products and services and be the voice of Road Runner Sports, the world’s largest running and walking store.
Earn $20.00/hr base plus an incentive when you’re hitting your sales goals.
You'll be successful when you can hit your goals, including resolving customer concerns and doing it in the most timely manner while making your Customers raving fans. You'll get all the training you need so you can become an expert, make recommendations, and introduce your Customers to our VIP Family perks while making them feel as though they are talking to a trusted friend! You'll support training and coaching of new team members, lead projects and other assignments as needed.

- Previous customer service or sales experience in a high volume call center environment
- Previous work from home/remote work experience
- Ability to list to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Experience on both sales and customer service
- Positive attitude and ability to be self motivated in a work from home atmosphere
- Ability to type, navigates the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math
- Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience
- Must have a work from home environment using your own windows-based PC or laptop
