Job Roles :
- Engineering the coating formulation to produce colour which designated for product.
- Evaluate the method of finish build or thickness, the ease to achieve certain finish subleties and the ease of use coating system
- Inspect workpiece to determine overall quality and find detects, provide recommend necessary changes to the finishing process and follow up with customer as needed
- Examine workpiece to determine the extent of damage or deterioration and decide the best method to repair or restoration
- Monitor finishing operation to identify flaws and correcting
- Overseeing and coaching employee on technical proficiency with appropriate machinery and equipment
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
- Require candidate with manufacturing experience or audit experience.
- Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong physical ability and technical knowledge
