Job Description
We are located at Senai, Seelong. Currently we have a vacancy for:
Opportunity given for below exposure:
- To organise and coordinate recruitment of staff inclusive of advertisement, interviewing and assist in orientation process for new employees.
- To coordinate training and development programmes for employees including updating and preparing training reports.
- To handle & record staff medical claims.
- Responsible for Issuing PO and general administrative matters such as office facility & equipment maintenance, cleanliness, non-trade purchase (stationaries & pantry supplies), business license renewal, pest control arrangement, sanitary services and office security.
- Responsible to coordinating the foreign worker application quota by liaising with the agency and hiring manager to ensure smoothly process and accordingly to the government rules and regulations.
- Responsible in work permit/ employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers and liaise with immigration officers.
- FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up.
- Responsible to attend foreign worker's emergency incidents, to transport workers, follow-up cases
- Monitoring General worker’s accommodations.
- Police report arrangement for absconds foreign worker and document preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of working permit.
Candidate with below qualifications are preferred and encouraged to apply:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any equivalent.
- Meticulous, positive, good communication skills with all levels of staff
- Have experience in handling foreign workers.
- Proactive, resourceful and ability to perform multi-tasking in fast pace environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
