v Ensuring smooth function of Front Office ie handling incoming calls and receiving visitors.

v Manage meeting rooms and meeting arrangement ie refreshment and lunch.

v Ensure the performance, of receptionist, in within the standards expected of frontliners; by regularly monitoring staff performance and taking corrective steps to improve.

v Manage Visitor Log Book; ensure all contractors, vendors, visitors fill up the log book.

v Continuously to improve overall admin & receptionist function to achieve optimum efficiency.

v Handle all outgoing documents/packages are sent promptly via Courier Company. Ensure all outgoing documents/packages have complete addresses and communication contact numbers;

v Perform other administrative duties such as, photocopying, transcribing, faxing, binding, etc.

Admin

v Ensuring an up-to-date uniform / stationery monthly inventories.

v Work with office cleaners/housekeeping to ensure office / surrounding in neat and tidy condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tampoi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
