Job Description
- Planning and delivering user growth strategies, especially new buyer assortment strategies across the SEA countries.
- Understand End-to-End user experience, manage and optimize user acquisition assortments to ensure reaching the business plan objectives.
- Responsible for translating business needs into specific product requirements and communicate with tech, product and different onsite-domain teams for new features launch.
- Design and test strategies that deliver better customer engagement and conversion under different scenarios and different features based on data analysis.
- Working with content/branding/traffic team for amplifying the impact and attract traffic for scaling up of the features.
- Working closely with local teams(SEA) regarding day to day operations and ensure strategy framework is communicated and implemented well.
- Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of working experience in E-commerce company for regional operational role and lead a team of at least 2 would be ideal. Tech company experience is preferred, consulting company experience is also considered.
- Knowledge and experience of commercial/ categories management is a must, user lifecycle management is preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarity in E-commerce industries or online marketing is a plus.
- Data analysis and modelling skills with strong business acumen.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
- Excellent English is a must, good speaking of Mandar would be a plus.
