We are looking for Floor Staff to join the team in our award winning restaurant!
Duties include:
- Providing excellent waiting service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Presenting the menu, making recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
- Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties.
- Be a team player and able to effectively communicate with Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Inform customers about the day’s specials.
- Making and serving drinks from our drinks menu.
- Up-sell additional products when possible and appropriate.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software.
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Follow and implement morning and evening cleaning procedures, as outlined.
- Manage any cash handling in the correct and responsible manner.
- Check and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, toilets, and all public areas constantly.
Pay:
- €11.30 per hour Monday - Saturday.
- €11.80 per hour on Sundays.
Previous restaurant experience is desirable. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
