You’ll get the opportunity to lead and manage client projects from inception to completion. Working with the sales team to support presales activities, such as product demonstrations, along with working closely with the delivery team, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
What skills and working characteristics should this person have?
- Expert functional experience in CRM configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development
- Deep and broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification. Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365 suite
- Good understanding of Azure and cloud technologies,
As a Senior Dynamics CE Functional Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with clients
- Write up requirements in the form of user stories in DevOps
- Lead sprint planning sessions with clients
- Customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales, Customer Services, Project Service Automation, and Field Service
- Testing of our work and peer reviews
- Running ‘show and tell’ sessions including sprint retrospectives with clients
- Preparing structured training material and delivering end-user training sessions
- Managing data migration processes and being onsite with clients during go-live’ activities
- Ensure solutions provided by Infinity Group are highly maintainable, supportable, and stable over the long-term, adhering to recognised best practices
