Position: EHS Advisor
Reports to: EHS Senior Manager for Dell Asia Pacific
Job Scope:
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of ISO45001 occupational health & safety management system and environmental management system in Dell Korea including ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in addition to Dell global EHS standards, also improving EH&S performance, and implementing relevant EH&S action plans which support the business group objectives.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead Serious Accidents Punishment Act(SAPA) and Korea Occupational Safety and Health Act(KOSHA) and its regulation compliance planning, implementation, and performance review.
- Works with management and other team members across all departments to assess specific EHS risks and take measures accordingly.
- Document and ensure compliance with all applicable laws requirements, global standards, and ISO45001 requirements
- Promote EH&S awareness and EH&S culture including communication and dissemination of EH&S information.
- Consult and advise management of environmental, health, and safety issues and maintains required documentation for regulatory agencies.
- Disseminate information to implement EHS policies, procedures, and standards ensuring integration with Dell business partners’ standard operating procedures and policies.
Experience, qualifications skills required.
- The candidate has at least 5 years of health or safety working experience.
- Must have an industrial safety engineering certification
- Fluent in English communication
- An action-oriented leader with consensus building, conflict management, and strong interpersonal skills.
- ISO certification is a preference.
