Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced night receptionist to join our company. You will be stationed at the main entrance desk and will handle customer inquiries. You will have a charismatic character towards our guests.
Night Receptionist responsibilities are:
Greeting customers upon entering
Assisting customers with queries/complaints
Making relevant suggestions
Answering phone calls and making reservations
Helping to arrange transportation for guests
Billing and cash handling
Cleaning common areas
Night Receptionist requirements are:
Experience as a Hotel Receptionist
Fluent spoken and written English
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Familiar with hotel software
Effective communication skills
BA/BSc in Hospitality, Business or a related field
Fluent spoken and written English
Stand for an extended period of time
It would be beneficial for a Night Receptionist to:
Speak other languages: Finnish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Spanish and French are an advantage.
Familiarity with hotel software
Valid B drivers' license
Have knowledge of the local area
Pay, duration and benefits
Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period.
Starting between October and November, ending until the end of March.
Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement.
If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €200-300,00/month
