Title: Service Support
Pay Scale: The Service Support Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.50 and $18.00.
General Responsibilities:
Assist Service Advisors and Service staff. Greet customers in timely manner.
Assist with Pre-write up with customer information.
Primary Responsibility
Perform Battery Test (advise customer its part of the free multi-point inspection that comes with the service).
Perform Alignment Quick Check (advise customer its part of the free multi-point inspection that comes with the service).
Organize parking spaces in Service parking area to keep Service drive clear and constant flow.
Assist with delivery of vehicles for Advisors.
Assist with resolving upset customers concerns during vehicle delivery (advise advisor of customer concern).
Assist with washing service vehicles.
Assist with answering service calls (taking messages for advisors, price quotes and appointments).
Assist with Cashier duties and Cashier protocol.
Assist with retention campaigns and reports.
Follow up with guest for CSE and resolve guest concerns.
Assist with Shop and overall dealership housekeeping.
Keep guest and dealership property secured.
Facilitate guest transportation shuttle, Uber/Lyft.
