Job Responsibilities:

1. Audit preparation, e.g. audit system setting, audit document preparation, travel arrangement for auditors and communication with clients

2. Check and send audit profiles to reviewers

3. Assist the auditors to reply reviewers open questions during review phase

4. Certificate and audit report issue

5. Monitor and control the lead time of audit

6. Reply the client’s inquiries

7. Other assigned tasks from superiors

Job Requirements:

1. College graduate or above

2. Fresh graduate is considered, if candidate has 2 years of working experience in project handling or office clerk related is preferred

3. Good communication skills and good team spirit

4. Good English skill with CET-4 certificate

5. Able to work independently
