Job Title: Property CEO

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property CEO to oversee our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. As Property CEO, you will be responsible for the overall success of our business, from developing and implementing strategic plans to managing our team of property managers and ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow our business and maximize profitability
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our property management team
- Manage our portfolio of short-term rental properties, including marketing, pricing, and bookings
- Ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, clients, and vendors
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the performance of our business
- Identify and implement new opportunities to grow our business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in the property management industry
- Proven track record of success in growing and managing a short-term rental business
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
