- Making sketches of ideas by hand or computer using 3D software (Solid Edge, Rhino, Bunkspeed shot) and developing the most effective ideas into detailed drawings using Auto-Cad
- Overseeing the development of the chosen design
- Understanding technology, production methods and materials (such as metals, plastics, glass, LEDs)
- Researching similar products and developing ideas
- Involved in researching markets and consumer trends
- Working within budgets to meet deadlines
- You will design, develop and document various project types
- Independently performs assignments with instructions as to general results expected
- Design and develop detailed lighting schemes to support our distribution partners with sales of solutions
